Settlement paid but debit order went off

WHen are you going to resolve this I just called your so called loan division to be told that I have to do it on the app ??? How the hell do I do it on the app because it keeps on saying I must call my stupid fnb provider??? So I have to be calling you the whole day for you to put me from one pillar to another I regret even taking a loan with ******** like you and I will definitely be moving to another bank ....useless people ur agent says I must tell you to close the account and what is the meaning of settlement???is it now my responsibility to do your job for you ???useless people ,it takes u one minute to debit the account while it takes your customer 48 stupid hours to get their money back 😡😡😡😡😡😡useless bank we have to be calling you the whole day and being promised nonsense only
