settlement of account
I settled a loan account this year and was offered a discount if I settled. After many months I settled the last account with FNB and wanted to upgrade my account only to be advised that I must pay the 1st loans discount in order to upgrade my account and update the status of my account for ebucks. Does this make sense? Poor banking management. Why offer the discount in the 1st place? Is the bank not making enough money with my high banking fees? I have been banking with fnb for over 5 years and get this bull ****. I will definatly be switching banks after this. So will my wife and so will my 3 siblings. Even people who work at fnb tell me the bank is full of ****.
