Settlement letters

Called on Monday requesting settlement letters I was promised that I would get it within 3 business days. Its been 5 and no feedback called again today promised to send within a hour and guess what nothing to this point. How hard can it be to want to pay you back. Can this be sorted.I need this today the 24/10/2025.
