Settlement Letter, will it ever arrive?

I settled my outstanding loan with FNB on 08 March and requested a settlement letter confirming that I was indeed in good standing. Siyabonga Conco must be on extended leave because he has not rep**** to 3 of my mails requesting the settlement letter since I settled the account over a month ago.
