Settlement letter for an overdue loan that has been paid in full

I have spoken to numerous loan departments trying to get this matter resolved They told me that I should speak to RL Daly attorneys as the loan account was handed over The account was settled on 29/08/2017 via an in branch payment I phoned FNB waiting for 45min on the line to only find out that I need to phone RL Daly attorney`s when I phoned the attorney`s they then told me the outstanding balance still reflects as the overdue amount that is 3 days after payment was made I phoned the attorney`s again and got confirmation that the overdue account has been settled and they cannot supply me with a settlement letter this was Friday 01/09/2017 at 15h00 and that I should call FNB Legal to get a hold of the said letter I was on the line listening to the irritating hold music for more than an hour trying to get hold of someone in the legal department only to get a hold of one of the FNB loan consultants after I explained my situation to the said consultant she keeps on saying that I should get a hold of FNB Legal and that the office hours of FNB Legal is Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00 and terminated the call sending me to the client survey where I also expressed my disgust for the poor service I have received

I seriously need the said letter as soon as possible as this account is settled
