Settlement letter

I've been waiting for a settlement letter since last week Tuesday and they have failed to email me the settlement letter they keep saying that they will email it but they don't, even when I call their lawyers to send it they keep saying they will send it but they don't instead they send messages that I must settle my account and they will give me 70% discount. I ended up involving hellopeter because it's been a long time they kept saying that they will email it but they don't .
