Settlement letter

Good day
I had a personal loan of +/-R19000 and was given 50%discount to settle by 1st September 2015.I settled the account on the day given and sent proof of payment.I then requested a settlement letter and was promised to receive after 14 days after funds have been allocated to my account. To date I have yet to receive letter after countless email communications which was promised to be sent.Instead of receiving settlement letter I am now receiving calls and sms from FNB collections dept .During the calls I am told to provide personal details which I have requested more info before providing my details then I am told they cannot provide this before I give them my details. This dept hangs up on the calls each time only to called the next day for the same thing by different persons
I am now frustrated because I am deemed as having not paid/ settled account. Two months have now passed whilst FNB collections dept has failed to allocate funds to my account and update system to show my account is settled. I each time have to explain to every callibg me tgat i do not owe FNB.I need this matter to be resolved before year end.
Kindly assist in this matter
With kind regards
Mrs JF Bang
