Settlement letter
Good day<br> <br> We paid the settlement letter and our debt review made two additional payments after settlement was done.<br> Please see attach. <br> Now it show's we are still in arrears and they took the extra payments.<br> Please can this be corrected. We request the refund back and the account closed.<br> <br> Kind regards<br>
