settlement letter

In the year 2013 Dec fnb forced debt'd me a huge amount of money cause of an outstanding loan in the red. They give me back my money after i complained on this platform. We made an arrangement to pay the debt off which according to me and the statements they email me monthly im done with the loan as from last month. Now if thats the case why the hell am i sent from peter to john for a settlement letter? And who on gods earth are this people calling me saying they from some lawyers firm and i still owe fnb loan? You FNB called me and arrange with me to finish off this loan. Ive kept my word after i found a job. Where the hell is my loan settlement letter and who are this idiots calling me when ive stick to my word since 2013?
