Settlement Credit Card

I’m currently under Debt review , the outstanding amount on my Debt Councillors is R 10 802.22 . I spoke to this guy at FNB and het said the outstanding amount is R 16 060.65 and he bluntly said my Debt Counsellors was wrong . I then asked for a better price and he said there was as settlement amount is July for + - R11 000.00 but that discount campaign is over so I have to pay the R 16 000+.

I mean I have some funds to settle accounts but no one want to come to the table and help me as I’m not asking for a 90% discount but please meet me half way......you get your money and I can put FNB behind me.Why could you give a R 5000.00 + discount then and not now.
