Settlement certificate
I had a credit card with fnb which was handed over due to the fact that i was not working.that was in 2003.immediarely when I got the job i paid it in full. last year i app**** for a credit card at fnb.i was requested a settlement letter by the same fnb.i got it from their legal department.the credit card was declined i didn't do a follow up.only this year I app**** again i was told to submit the settlement letter and settlement certificate of that other card.what makes me sick the same fnb that have me the settlement letter didn't give me the settlement certificate.i don't know what is happening with fnb.seriously now
