Settlement Amounts Request
<p>I sent a mail on tuesday early morning requesting settlement figures for 2 accounts to close them in total. Up till now no one has rep****, everyone read it but with no response. This is absolutely ridiculous. You would think they would payment but no. Some of the departments just said its not there department and can't assist. I do not want to phone as they are rude in the call centers.</p>
