Settled loans but debit orders went off

Settled two of my loans with this bank. proof of payments were received in time by their own admission. they apologised for the delay. here is a thing, debit orders went off and the bank is sitting with my money and they earning interest on it. this is really horrible for a bank of FNB callibre. am even thinking of closing my cheque account because of this.

Why must a bank benefit at my expense?

Please do enlighten me. What is the point of logging a formal complaint on my behalf when no will even look at it. Can you please jus refund me my money. I honestly don't give a phuck about whether you have logged a complain or no because it honestly makes no difference in my life as the bank doesn't really give a phuck about its customers.

To show that FNB doesn't give a phuck about its customers. At the same time I settled my loans with them I also did the same with Capitec on the same day. Capitec refunded me yesterday but the most technologically advanced bank still has not done **** about my problem. Maybe it's high time i switched banks. 10 years of banking with them clearly means nothing if they don't take my frustrations as their customer seriously.
