Settled loan still on profile

So I recently had my personal loan settled by Nedbank. I recently noticed that on my Fnb profile they are saying I that my next debit will be the 28th of October. They deducted a debit last month already that had to be paid back to me. Not only that there is a new settlement amount and interest. How can this be possible if the loan has been settled?

I am concerned that this money will be deducted once again and I will have to ask again for my money back. I can not keep doing this every month. Please can this loan be taken off my profile and no more money taken off my account. I'm tired of having to worry about this.
