Settled loan but still being debited

I have been dealing with one issue since November 2018 and this has cost me lot of money with claims of unpaid debit order that fnb is claiming against me. ********** NF, ********** NF to mention few are all references which were given and promised the issue was to be resolved quickly. I paid off my account on 2018/10/25 till today my account is not closed, debut ordes still running at my expense of reversing those funds. Spoke to lot of people and lot of different departments. Last person who promised to resolve my issue on the 2018/12/14 was Maureen Vergie from frb debt review centre, sent her mails after that and didn't receive a single reply. Today i spoke to Colleen masilela from fnb debt review who is also in the dark and told me my account still shows outstanding amount. I feel so helpless and disrespected. No office where i can walk in and resolve this. Waisting my money on phone calls, reversals unpaid debit orders. Anyone who can help on on how/where to report FNB and to claim the cost i have experienced to to their actions.
