SETTLED LOAN APPEARING AS ACTIVE

Hi, i'm struggling to get my paid up loan removed from my credit status. I've paid this account up last year already but it appears as active on my profile. I've called numerous times but not getting any help.

This is reflecting bad on my credit status as it still appears like i still have this loan.

Please assist!!!!
