Settled Home Loan - Charged MPP on a credit balance

After many engagements with the Bank, in which they did an investigation and acknowledged their fault, the MPP on my home loan is still not resolved. The bank promised to reverse the mortgage protection plan charges on my Home Loan over 2 weeks ago, up to this day they have not done so and have not even communicated. This review is my second complaint on this platform
