Settled FNB Credit Card not updated in the credit bureau after 6 months.

l settled an FNB Credit card in July 2020 via the attorneys but to my surprise still on the 14th of January 2021 when l checked on the credit bureau the balance is R3400 and that made a payment 9 months ago. l contacted the attorneys and they confirmed that the account was indeed settled. Why is FNB not updating in the credit bureau?
