Settled FNB Bank revolving loan but still shows as active.

I settled a revolving loan on November 20 2020 account number *** via Hammond and Pole and they gave me a settlement letter. When l went through my credit report mid January 2021 l realised that the account is still active and has a balance on it. l have contacted FNB Bank but lm not getting any help. l need this updated on all credit bureau as soon as possible because its a settled account and Hammond and Pole attorneys confirmed receipt of funds. This is not the first account lm struggling with from FNB. Please be quick to update paid account as quick as you have handed me over to the legal team.
