Settled credit card debt not cleared with ITC Transunion

<p>I settled my credit card in March 2016 with FNB which was handed over to legal.</p> <p>Since it was paid off my ITC credit profile was never updated.</p> <p>Every time I phone they say it has been done, but when doing my credit check it is still reflecting as outstanding.</p> <p>This has a bad impact on my credit scoring. I phone again this week , and they promised to send through the request to ITC plus copy me on the correspondence , but this was never done.</p> <p>It is quick for FNB to list you on ITC but when you have fully paid they don't do the honourable thing and update the details. Now that they have received their money , they care less.</p>
