Settled account since 26th Aug 2021

Good day FNB team, It has been a lot of back and forth regarding a paid up account via Direct Axis Debt.

I have settled this account 26 August 2021 but still shows on my credit record i am owing direct axis i have tried reaching out to Direct axis with no success since 24th November 2021

i did call direct axis today and was advised to get in touch with FNB as this was a wesbank loan via Direct Axis

Please assist in updating my settled account
