Settled account but FNB still debits and not refunding my money back

not really happy with the service receiving I settled my loan in July they debited me again on 26 August I tried resolving this they said I would receive it and would be refunded to me within 3-7 days. Spoke to Nonhlahla from the Loan desk, and also spoke to Mannuuku CCR Arrerars he/she said they requested a refund and will get my money between 3-7 days. I have not received my refund today spoke to an agent( Rethabile to assist she ended court chats while still speaking. Why was I debited when a loan was settled and why is fnb dragging me from left to right in order for me to get my refund back? what kind of ****ming service is this Why would you debit an account that a settled and take forever to refund the clients? now I must waste my airtime calling fnb being transferred to different departments in order for me to get assistance with this. I've just had enough of this bs I want my money today
