Settelment Amount more for what I bought for

On the 13 of April 2015, I went to FNB Cape Gate to get my settlement amount on my house because I'm putting my house on the market, Ann van der Merwe at the branch phoned the call centre. Now my house is sold and only to found out that I have to pay over R17***,** as a cancelation fee, my lawyer mailed cancelation forms to FNB on th 3rd of August 2015 and this is the amount that they gave the lawyer. I bought my house for R680000 and gave a deposit of R40000 + admin fee the total was R645000, after paying THREE YEARS (R6670) on my house, now I must pay FNB over R648***,**. I went to FNB on the 15th of September 2015 to speak to someone but only was told I can do this over the phone. I spoke to Happy Moloi (***) and she told me this fee is for not letting FNB knowing that I was going to sell my house BUT WHAT DID I DO ON THE 13TH OF APRIL?, and I was told that she can't found the recording of the 13th!, I was told to speak to a Team Leader and ended up speaking to Rosemary Mayaba (REF: 11:41) she told me that she will come back to me and NOTHING. I will not pay over R17*** for FNB's mistake. Please sort this out ASAP, I will contact the news papers in this regards!!
