Setrled credit card in arrears?

I settled my credit card yesterday (11/01/2026) whereby my account is now zero (I have a screenshot as proof). Today (12/01/2026) I went to a branch which could not help me closing it, he referred me to the online chat. There I was informed that I still owe R125 before I can close it. I asked for a detailed invoice as my account is settled, but to no avail. My credit card is still not closed and any added account as from 12/01/2026 is unacceptable. I was a client for many years and I am very disappointed.
