Set off your clauses that make you, you

Hi I'm a proudly South Africa and proud to be one.I have recently been retrenched from my place of work. And had money in my savings account for rent, food, medical bills for my daughter, transport costs for seeking further employment and for unforseen circumstances. My situation is difficult for me and my family since my wife is the only one working with a low income not enough to stable our situation. I have been in touch with fnb before hand and they have noted it by there team in boulders midrand. I noticed a week ago that my savings account has been debited of a amount of R3800. A week after that R1600 was debited 30th of this month R1900 was debited. At the branch in midrand I noticed there was a note stating that my savings account should be debited. A agent that contacted me, forced that it was directed by me and that I instructed it, which is not. I personally knew I would be out of work. I would have never instructed knowing my situation I am in. ***** is happening regarding those notes. Every year at this same time fnb goes wrong towards there customers and complaints are not heard or even regarded as important. R3800+R1600+R1900 = R7300. In one month. I am left with nothing for my daughter. And have no money left for the up coming months for rent and food. How powerful you my think you are being the cause for pain and suffering. Is something you should not be proud of.

Thank you
