on the 3rd of September, we went to the Featherbrook branch in Roodepoort to do changes to our stokvel account. We were attended to by *** by she did want to help at first. We ha to force her to help once she was done she assured us the updates will be made as we were in the branch for hours. but no changes were made on the account.
