On Friday, 20 th of December 2019, I visited the branch in New Park regarding my account. After assistance from the consultant i was ready to leave and my colleque decided to also see one of the consultants. She was seen by the same consultant who assist me. Then I overheard them talking about my account. I was so shocked i couldnt move at that point. They are now discussing my personal bank account status with my colleague, not my friend or my mother. I get up and go. Later i realise what happened, tried to phone the manager and still waiting for them to get back to me. My point is what happened to the privacy and confidentiality of my account. Is this how they operate. I really feel that my privacy was invaded and feeling robb of my trust.
