I am in an FNB Evaton branch, I have been waiting for over an hour to, just to get my card to work because it has been declining payments. The consultants who have been helping me do not listen to the problem and they send me from pillar to post, they tell me what I an here to do without listening to me. The service in this branch is the worst I have experienced. This is the story with all branches that are meant for African people. In branches that are meant for European the service is faster friendly and consultants are polite.
