I won’t recommend anyone to use FNB I’ve used FNB for more then 10 years and.. on the 25/07 reported ***** in my account and my card was canceled they promise to deliver a new card within 3 to 5 working days call them yesterday that was day 6 lady that was helping me said she is checking I must hold she then hung up while I’m on hold as for ***** department never contacted me back and they said will give me feedback within seven days. Call them today and yesterday same **** happens while I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes call cuts without getting help
