Useless.

Their call center agents can't assist with a simple question. I've spent 20mins on a call using my airtime with 4 different advisors who can't answer a simple question.

They keep transferring me to different departments and have given me 3 numbers to call *** *** ***

You say your app is easy but it's not and your agents don't know what they are doing
