i had a chat with a consultant on the 31-01-2021 regarding a payment that had gone off my account which i am unaware of. i was transferred 3 times to someone different just to be told by the the consultant to fill in a Reversal request document. i was advised it will take 5 working days to receive an update. i then sent a follow up email on the 8-02-2021 and still no response from anyone. i then sent a complaint for through in the FNB and TO DATE NO ONE had the decency to contact me via sms , email or phone call.

this is absolutely pathetic services . i am beyond disappointed with this service.

I WANT THIS **** SORTED !!!!!!!!!
