Service Worst
Im an FNB customer , i work in Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria and normaly go for transactions and assistant at FNB branch in Brooklyn.
I mostly encounter bad service from your consultants especially the consultant who is a male , short and dark , a bit chubby and most times he is wearing a grey shirt .
He is very rude towards me , he always attacks me verbaly whenever i enter the branch , today was accompaning my friend , still he attacks me.
I feel scared , i felt embarrassed coz of such comments he made infront of incoming customers to the branch , worse discriminated even other staff tried to stop him he refused , other lady apologized for him.
Kindly please escalate this matter as i fear to enter FNB in Brooklyn for assistant.
