Service with a smile

Good Day <br> <br> Sometimes one wonders whether you get lucky by receiving the exceptional service the first time, however if you receive it for the second time then its definitely something worth mentioning. <br> <br> I required my bank statements for my wife and myself as we travelling and it was a requirement. I just queried something with Justin as it was on my way to the tellers. Justin took the liberty of assisting me without me even asking him as it was an urgent matter and took time and sorted it all out for me. Having an issue for time as I need to apply for my Visa, this was really awesome from Justin which with all fairness was not his job to do. <br> <br> However this is very rare and am very grateful to see we have good services in SA. Furthermore it was done with a smile and that made a big difference. <br> <br> So thank you FNB Lenasia and Justin your services are excellent. <br> <br> Regards
