Service with a personal touch

I went to FNB yesterday to set up an account so I can withdraw from my Paypal,I was assisted by Buhle who asked all the relevant questions to determine my needs and she did a wonderful job. I was then assisted by Sifiso who was just on top of his game.He made sure I got what I wanted and I left with a smile.
