service we got at Eastgate Mall

Today we visited a FNB Eastgate Mall Branch to update fica documents. We were told that thye can't assist us becuase it is Sunday, They don't service Fica documents on Sunday. On the sms it doesn't say anyhting about not updated Fica documents on Sunday. We also wanted to switch our personal accounts and business accounts but due to this kind of service we are so disappointed. We work during the week and we don't stay together. One of us travelled fron Brookhspruit, Centurion ,we spend money for petrol and we were truned back. Florence and Stance they can't help us. We tried to beg for them to help us but they refuse with an unhelpeful attitude. They were so rude didn't want to listen to us. They turned us back saying we must come on week days. We are working during the week and the only day we have was today. This is not what FNB brannd says. What we find was unfriedly,Unprofessional and unhelpful
