Service Suspended

I have a problem with the eWallet service as i have once had an incident which i was told that i am blocked from the service and they are busy with some investigations and this has now gone for a period of more than a year and i have a profile which is personal and i have a work profile my number has a profile which i got registered with the PAYWALLET

So the Ewallet service was unlocked but my PAYWALLET service is still not operating so i am a very irritated client who has been so patient to get this thing resolved , i have been calling the call center and nothing has been done , at times when i call the call center some of the people who where helping me do not even know the product which i was calling in regards to

Can service be rendered at least

Please help with unlocking my service as i have money in that account and i can not get access to it

My number is blocked completely for the services
