Service Sucks

I am utterly disappointed in service received from "so called Innovative Bank". Just to cancel my Policy its been more than 2weeks for a policy to be cancelled, i further more sent an email of same request till this date request hasn't been actioned.. How would one trust them with Huge Sums of Money, my Kids Investment and Drafting of will??
