service sucks

I recieved a callback after a week the lady that phoned me just wanted to do all the speaking and failed to listen to what I was saying my account is no longer in a overdraft however I was suppose to have a R740 available in my account not a R170 I will await for your feedback I would then like to close my account thereafter.

I want nothing to do with this bank the service really sucks the agents are very arogant and does not listen to there customers I did not have one good expierence with this bank.

I hope I get a callback as soon as possible
