**** service stay away from FNB

FNB is the most useless bank to ever get any service. I requested bank statements on my closed account on Thursday and was told use the online banking to retrieve the statements, i tried and was told even though the account is closed i still can access it, still wasnt able to. I waited online with them for an hour and still nothing,I asked if they can email it to me rather, they said 24-48hours

Contacted them again today they said its still pending i must wait they will escalate I received only 3 statements when i requested for a whole year.

Again on the line with them and they aren't sure what’s happening.

Stay away from this bank this isnt the first time I receive such appalling service hence i closed the account and the service is even worse than before.
