SERVICE REQUEST - NOT DELIVERED

I had previously made a mistake of depositing money into a wrong account with another bank. FNB said they would try help me but they charge R313 whether successful or not. And if not successful they would advise as to what I must do. FNB has since debited my account but many days later still no decency to get back to me and give me feedback/advice. This is a radiculous service yet quick to take people's money from their accounts. What a shame FNB...
