Service Recovery Consultant Amukelani Chauke NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!

The service and feedback received from Amukelani Chauke (Service Recovery Consultant/Regulatory Team - FNB Chief Risk Office Enterprise Complaint is THE worst I have received to date. I have struggled to get settlement letters since November 2018. I demanded to speak to someone higher than an agent I spoke to on 2 April 2019. I was then directed to Amukelani Chauke who then assured me that she will be the one providing me with settlement letters of amounts I did not agree with, however paid to get rid of any relationship with FNB. I requested all information to make the payment the 8th April 2019 or which she failed to provide all steps before initiating these payments. She sent me the amount, account numbers all over the place not explaining what is what and why and also on the day I was told by the ONLY educated person at FNB Deidre Williams that 2 of my payments would need to be cash. I managed to withdraw for the one payment and on call with Amukelani Chauke she SAID "IT IS NOT HER RESPONSIBILTY TO EXPLAIN SUCH INFORMATION TO ME" EXCUSE ME? I was told on call that after my payment I would have the option of keeping my credit card open, and then I get a call from a gentleman Loseph stating that Amukelani Chauke said he should call me to find out if i want to send an application to renew my credit card? WHAT? I politely said no and then he asked me for my current bank statement to provide me with a good couple of hundreds that needs to be credited to my account. AND still nothing. I have requested a call back from AMU since last week demanding one and becoming extremely frustrated with the way things was handle. Why not provide factual information instead of inaccurate info that brings things to this point. Her attitude changed completely after I started questioning what she had promised.

1. Settlement letters. 2. Account statuses 3. The credit amount and when this will be processed. 4. My name cleared from any credit portfolios 5. A simple call back

And now? She is on annual leave only to return to the office on 23 April 2019.

SO NOW, Im being nice. I have not attached any correspondence YET. If this is NOT resolved within 24hours I WILL NAME AND SHAME EVERYONE I have dealt with including ALL communication of your pathetic Service Recovery Consultant Amukelani Chauke.

I do not want to speak to any agent. I want a manager of AMU to contact me or i will take further steps and go viral on ALL social media attaching ALL communication.

I have the proof of an email sent to me that my FNB accounts has been removed from Legal.

You really are messing with the wrong person.

You called me and dropped the call after stating that I should hold while you provide me with feedback on the multiple points I have raised! This is getting all the more disappointing and this is aggravating the situation. I am downloading the call record APP on my phone to record all calls between myself and FNB. I am sick and tired of this now and I refuse to wait for the relevant departments to get back to me! This is utterly disgusting and I demand that this is resolved IMMEDIATELY. I stood up from my desk to take your call earlier only for you to hang up? *** is wrong with FNB. If I don't get a call with the resolution, I am going viral and I will not stop. I will be sure to let all my contacts share my post and trust me, I know people. I work in the loan industry. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
