I have been trying to call for 2 hours, and every time I call, they either drop the line or say they can't hear me, but they are able to respond to everything I am saying at the end of my sentences. I have had the line dropped on me more than 3 times, and no one has called me back once. I simply needed my direct debit moved, and no one is able to assist. Truly, the worst service I have ever received from this company.
