SERVICE PLEASE
Log a query that might be *****. They don't treat it as urgent and respond several days later asking numerous questions, 90% of which they could answer by reading the message and checking their records. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL...the sender fails to provide his/her name and contact details! Very unprofessional

TYPICAL RESPONSE, No name and no urgency yet very quick to shoot out a stonewalling reply.
Grossly inefficient and a totally arrogant, non-service orientated reply.
