I received an email from FNB stating that my motor rite service Insurance plan is expiring, I sent them an email on the 29 May 2020 wanting to find out how is it possible since I have a contract with them I needed someone to call me because according to my contract it expires in 2023 it can't be expiring now , no one has responded to my email or even an acknowledgement

So Westbank cancels my contract before it expires now I must contact them. The level of incompetency is very questionable honestly.

So I got this email from Willia Seabela

Dear Madam,

Please note that as previously advised, our records indicate that your service plan with Motorite will expire on the 28/05/2022 or 173 000 km- whichever comes first.

You would need to refer the received attached matter with Wesbank.
