**** service, **** phone extensions **** everything. Just give me the paid up letters

I settled my temporary loan both that I had, 1 was settled 5 months ago but it still shows on my credit report as an installment. The second one was settled few days ago. I phoned numerous times, they keep on putting me through to the wrong department, even the number that they give is wrong.

Finally today I got through to the correct department and the guy puts me on hold for a brief moment but that brief moment was between 5-7minutes.

This is so stupid for none of their staff to know the correct number or extension. ****ing supervisor is not sitting with them and can't speak to a supervisor as it is against their policy.

Al I ask is give me the 2x paid up letters so that I can do your work for you and send it through to the bureau to update my credit report that I know will take 12 months from you to do.
