Service pathetic

I am furious as I made a payment to Ford Corporate and by the way it is one of your public recipients on the 31st May 2025. From account number *** an amount of R25318.15. The tracing number is NVY6KNPN. I can not believe that you can not help me to trace to which bank it went to, so that I can contact them and ask them to allocate it to the correct account number. If you can not help me, I will choose another bank and I will close both my personal and business account with you.
