Service out of this world!!!

All I can say is WOW! about 2 months ago i got off the wrong foot with FNB and was very disappointed with the service that I received from one of the sales guys. I complained on this platform and within an hour I had a senior manager on the phone speaking to me (on a Saturday nogal) ! The Monday morning first thing another Manager, Evan Pretorius, made contact with me and since then the service has been out of this world! I just want to thank Evan and Lesego Zweni for their hard work and assistance, I have never had service and things done so fast and kept informed by any service provided in my life! I just cant thank you enough! Thank you so much for the assistance Evan and Lesego, you guys are gems!
