Service not available

Service offering. I went to Fnb branch in boksburg and requested a bank guarantee cheque. I was told their are unable to do a bank cheque for me right now but to come back at 12 o'clock because the person that is responsible for the cheque book was not there. I also spoke with the branch manager Katiso who also confirmed this. I would like to make a request to FNB that they should write outside the branch or on the internet of which services are available at a particular branch rather I waste my affords and get to a branch which is unable to help me. What a waste of time.
