Service needs massive improvement

I am up to my whits with this bank yhooo o this is too much.

1st it was ebucks now the debt review department i am now just utterly disgusted, i spoke o a lady who didnt even seem interested to hear what i had to say, which is just irritating.

Can i get assistance with the following:

I want to close my premier account since i cant use it, and paying 219+ in fees is just ridiculous.

i want a different cheque account so i can earn ebucks. You online chat consultant Nkululeko said i could be assisted.

And honestly i am tired of having to write reviews on hello peter before i recieve any form of assistance
