Service like No Other

<p>I just want to say thank you to 2 outstanding ladies at FNB Southdale branch. Keabetswe and Leonie. I had an encounter where my personal details was misused (Identity Theft) and a personal loan was opened in my name. I was freaked out and stressed that my bank account might be accessed as this person had all my details. I went to the bank and informed Keabetswe about my situation who was not just sympathetic but very helpful and managed to calm me down and ensuring me that Fnb puts their clients 1st and takes care of our wellbeing. As i was about to close my account, she calmed me and said that they will put a hold on my account ensuring nothing will happen on my account until the investigation is over. A new account was opened and all my debit orders was switched. LEONIE assisted me with getting help by contacting people regarding the ********** loan. She even contacted me the following day just to follow up whether i got any help. I must say these 2 ladies was splendid. I just have to compliment them for their professionalism at all times.
